Brief subject description:
Předmětem veřejné zakázky je dodávka potenciostatů dle dále uvedené specifikace. Předmětem veřejné zakázky je vedle samotné dodávky také instalace, zaškolení obsluhy kvalifikovaným pracovníkem a zajištění záručního a garance pozáručního servisu. Podrobná technická specifikace je uvedena v odst. 2.2 Dokumentace.
Součástí dodávky musí být veškeré nezbytné zařízení, umožňující úplnou instalaci kompletního požadovaného zařízení, a to bez dalších zásahů a nákladů ze strany Zadavatele k dosažení všech parametrů požadovaných Zadavatelem v Dokumentaci.
Zařízení musí splňovat veškeré nároky vycházející z technických a bezpečnostních norem platných v České republice pro tento typ přístroje.
Předmět plnění veřejné zakázky je v souladu s § 18 Zákona rozdělen na dvě části, přičemž Dodavatel může podat svou nabídku na kteroukoliv z částí veřejné zakázky, může podat svou nabídku i na všechny části.

Subject of a public contract concerns the delivery of the potentiostats as specified below. Subject of a public contract next to the delivery is also the installation, the operator training by a qualified worker and the provision of guaranty and the assurance of after-guaranty service. For detailed technical specifications see below, please refer to Section 2.2 of this Documentation.
All necessary equipment must be included in the delivery to allow full installation of the complete equipment required without additional intervention and costs by the Contracting authority to achieve all the parameters required by the Contracting authority in this Documentation.
The device shall comply with all the requirements resulting from the technical and safety standards valid in the Czech Republic for this type of devices.
The subject of performance of a public contract is devided in accordance with Section 18 of the Act in two parts, whereby The economic operator may submit his bid for any of the parts of the public contract, he may submit his tender to all parts.
